Hmm, that makes sense. There is also an input matching pot (also on the Dolphin schematic as optional), seems crazy to have both doing essentially the same thing.

This is the closest example I can find that sold on Reverb a while back. Same "plastic" covering, casters on the side and larger space between the drivers. Even the baffle divider looks thicker on this one. Best guess is mine was some parts bin special when the company was sold. I'd love to see...

Agreed, the grills are terrible. The port spacer is what threw me. I wonder if someone reinforced it? Seems like a lot of work for a clone as the badges and speakers are definitely legit. I don't think it's home built as it's covered in that hard plastic (no idea what the trade name is) and...

So I just picked this up today. Searches around the web for an equivalent are not showing anything. As you can see it's labeled with the original ID tag on the back but has the "updated" font on the front. It's loaded with Sunn 145's. Is this some weird transition model?
