    Hi, could some 3B owners show some pics of the inside part of their beauty ? I question myself if my electronics circuitry is original or a modified one..? It looks quite… messy isn't it ? I don't know how is fixed the board (I would have to remove it to change a buzzy volume bouton)

    Is this thread still alive ? I question myself about the type of "poplar" used into the 3/4B bodies : is it tulipwood - yellow poplar- what other ? Amimbari : you have written that Charvel/Jackson used a mode heavy weight poplar than other brands… more detailed infos ? Standard intensive grown...

    There is a full mix of elements !:D Mine is the same as yours, excepted the '87 sticker on the head... Do you know if the electronic elements where allways the same in that area ? Oh, ok it's just an incremental undistinct number...

    Ok, so mine is a Japan early '87 with '86 body 3b ... nice to know that ! Thanx Ergonomically, I think the '86 body is (was) better than '87 etc. the knob is more "falling under the hand" ... don't you think ?
