Either Bob at Amphole in Burbank as has already been mentioned, or Revamp in LA. I've had work done at both and they're both great. Flip of the coin between the two, I'd trust and recommend either.

Yes, 19mm plus the micro adjust and the three holes line up with the existing middle and two outer holes on a Fender (updated the original ad to include this). They're cool, I just personally prefer the Schaller roller bridges.

I have one. Like JimmyM said above, '80s MTI made in Japan. I've looked around a lot and there seems to be very little info about these. Speaker codes on mine are 285 which denotes Rola, which evidently were made by Celestion. Not sure of the power handling other than I'm sure it's lower than...
