The gray paint on the transformers make me suspect they're sourced from Stancor so likely they're an OEM off the shelf and have the typical 2k primary which is right for 4- 6L6 types, you just need to determine your secondary impedance... a decent tech can do that with an audio generator and DVM...

Also beware that the glass bottles of 6550's are bigger diameter than most 6L6's, would likely require wider spacing of tube sockets and therefore a custom chassis. Heater current of 6550's is almost twice that of 6L6-- 1.6A each!
