    What bass model do you find to have the best playability/ease of play, and great tone?

    Some may laugh, but the Schecter Stilletto Custom is the most playable bass I've owned. It's nowhere near the most expensive instrument I've owned, but it works for me.

    Taking two with me has become enough of a habit, I bought a two bass gig bag. Very handy, to be sure. Four string in one pocket, five string in the other, goodies in the front pockets; good to go.
