My reasoning is that I saw him use it live, referenced it against multiple other live videos and listened to the record and heard something that sounded exactly like the Tonebender. Just my ears though. I'd like though to move on from this, it's just tiring.

He did change the settings on the Tonebender prior to Fear. I doubt that the settings marked on the pedal itself (as seen in the Dunlop TV video) are relevant for anything other than Jambi. He frequently adjusts multiple pedals in between songs, so whatever settings he has marked in that video...
