Very good! Cliff did use funkmasters. He also used a compressor(Boss CS-2). I keep the wah on, i use morleys like he did. I think he uses the wah even without the solo, I could be wrong but i sound closer with the wah. :bassist:

I'm pretty sure Cliff boosted his mids, which is why you can hear him. That's how i get his tone, bass at about 11 o'clock, mids at 4 o'clock, treble at 1 o'clock. big muff, morley power wah, behringer cs400, ts9 tubescreamer

Tie between comfort and tone

There's only two brands of amps that I use, Peavey my clean amp and Mesa, my distorted. Peaveys have the best clean tone I can find in my opinion, and an awesome distorted tone, but NOTHING beats the mesa distorted tone. I would highly recommend a peavey because they are NOT garbage.

I have been needing to replace the bridge on my ESP-LTD B-104 for a while now. I have a Rickenbacker 4001/4003 spare bridge, would it be possible to put that bridge on the specified bass...I know I'm probably going to feel stupid when people say "of course" or "definitely not" but I am new to...

YES!!! At guitar center, I paid $50 for shipping a $100 bass. It was just ridiculous. Still, my favorite bass and way worth it:bassist::)
