    I had a fender precision where the vibration was in the pick guard. I can hear the truss rod on the Peavey millenium AC 5. Especially on G on the E string. I'll double check, but almost sure vibration is coming from truss rod. I'll check the grooves in the nut just to eliminate the possibility...

    The 34 inch scale works good for my fingers. Best bass, my back up bass is a USA Fender Jazz active 5 (2001). Have enjoyed playing this bass for a number of years. I play it with an adjusted flat neck with miniumum relief. The truss rod vibrates a lot. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
