    Orange Isobaric

Early days, actually just today so I'll return with more in a few days. However, after just 30 minutes or so I am very happy with it. Plenty loud. Bass frequencies are nice and warm and clean. The compression on the TE1200 is amazing as is the preshape switch. I can't see myself using the head...

    Orange Isobaric

Yep. There's not a lot of love for them out there. Still haven't had a chance to hear it myself but doing lots of research on the best amp, which appears to be the OBT 500 based on internet search. Im intrigued. I like the notion of more bottom and less mass (easier transport). The sp210 is...

    Orange Isobaric

I just picked up a 210 Orange iso cab. I have not heard it yet as I don't have an amp, but will get one in the new year. I currently use preamp pedals for tone but keen to try amp for a bit and see how that shapes mu sound, pedal board set-up, choice of bass etc. It's not heavy. 14kgs/35lbs. I...

NAD - Blackstar Unity ACT250 and Darkglass B7K

I'm still using mine. I've run a B7K, MXR M-80, Sansamp BDDI and now an Ampeg SGT-DI into them. All pedals have gone pretty well. I have also used a signal attenuator (cut) to control the amp volume so as to avoid having to use the tiny knobs on the back. What is the four cable method?

Anyone still using a Boss ME-50B multi effect pedal?

There should be. I'm still enjoying mine. The chorus/reverb is really good.

Anyone still using a Boss ME-50B multi effect pedal?

I bought one this weekend. I read a lot of reviews and was not expecting much but I am pleasantly surprised. I don't mind the drives at all. The muff is great and the bass driver is very usable. The master controls can be varied for each patch so even without the effects, there's the option to...

    Blackstar Amplification Club

I've been asking them similar questions since February. I follow up every month or so and they come back to say that it's with the tech team or the R&D team but they're very busy. Seems to me that they don't want to share. This is the email I sent on 2 February. There's been 10 subsequent email...
