i emailed them back on July 30th, but still haven’t received a response.

I've been asking them similar questions since February. I follow up every month or so and they come back to say that it's with the tech team or the R&D team but they're very busy. Seems to me that they don't want to share. This is the email I sent on 2 February. There's been 10 subsequent email exchanges, with the last one telling me that responding to this is not a priority:

Hi Blackstar,

Hoping you can provide information about signal strength for the Blackstar Unity Pro Bass range please:

1. What is the signal strength from the Cabinet Link Output of the Unity Pro Bass series amplifiers?

2. What is the minimum and maximum signal strength that can be sent to the Unity Pro Bass ACT250 Active Cabinet - via the Cabinet Link/Line Input - from an external source?

3. What is the optimal signal strength for the Unity Pro Bass ACT250 Active Cabinet to receive into the Cabinet Link/Line Input - from an external source?

Has anybody tried the u410c cab?wondering how it sounds.see no reviews or demos anywhere

Apologies for the thread necromancy, but I am also curious about the Unity Elite 410, as it appears to be one of the few 410's on the market with an 8 ohm impedance AND is rated high enough to handle my DNA 1350 head at full blast (not that I would ever do so).

That, and the large, single port centered in the rear of the cab reminds me of the original SWR Goliath, so, yes, there is a bit of a nostalgia factor here, too.

Also, it seems reasonably-priced without being "cheap".

Experiences, anyone?

How are things going for you guys with the U500 + U250ACT now after some time has passed?
I’m thinking of maybe getting this rig but as the traditional bassplayer I am, I saw some posts after the initial honeymoon phase that seemed to point at the U500 just lost power or started to fart out when playing low notes. That makes me hesitant even though I like what I read in other posts.
I don’t really care much for the effect section but Im interested in using the different amp voicing capabilities and maybe the compressor.

So what’s the verdict from you guys that has owned and played this system for 4-5 years? Still happy and using it a lot?
