My concern is that the tuning pegs and the electronics cover say made in Germany, but no-where on the body does it say where its made. That being said, it sounds so freaking good, I don't think I mind if it was a Kirean version.

My MP Jazz is back in the UK (I'm in australia now). I miss her so bad. Trying to save monies to ship her over, but just bought a Warwick Corvette, so she remains at my parents place gathering dust, such a shame.

I took the plunge and bought it! I know the standard series is made in Korea, but mine says made in Germany on the back, so I'd assume this is the case. It is hands down the best bass I've played/owned! As you say, the neck is a little heavier than I'm used to (spector and fender jazz owner)...
