    Not all the time, but yes, when the percussion ensemble I play with finally kicks it in with a driving soca or calypso. Playing a Kala solid-body UBass makes it easier than it used to be, too. I don't have to worry about the old Fender P-bass head smacking into something, or somebody, anymore...

    Great idea! And it keeps the wires from getting twisted inside? That's the real danger from the jack twisting around, it seems to me.

    Probably took you five minutes. Tried the same thing, BUT couldn't get my hand in the sound hole, and there's the rub. At least now I've got an easier method of changing strings! I still wouldn't trust the combo, Neclepsio, of the jack-and-strap button. And it's still a bad design.

    Ah. That figures...I don't recommend buying a fretted model, especially when the fret lines are clearly marked on the fretless. I don't think I ever played a fretted model when I was trying them out.
