You might try turning the filter’s sensitivity down when you’re using the octave with it. Adding that sub octave is probably adding level to the signal going into the filter which is holding the filter open more.

Thanks. Looking at it, the other strings are on the 0 fret. Might need to get a new fret put in there.

I’m borrowing a Kramer 6000B from my bands guitar player and the E string is rattling against the zero fret. Is the zero fret supposed to be making complete contact with the strings, or is it just there for looks? I’ve never had an instrument with a 0 fret before.
