Does anyone else love Mono's tone? It has a nice blend of mids and great low end. Just showing my appreciation for an amazing bassist haha. Wonder what amp he uses? Anyone know?

Yeah that all makes sense. Good points! It also sounds like his signal in his videos is a little overdriven/compressed which I think sounds really good. It makes it sound even fatter. Not as clean which I definitely like. Do you know what I mean by this?

Yeah it’s too bad is early musical life is so vague. I also really like his tone too. From what I’ve seen he uses Lakland (55-01 and 55-02) and also a Bassmods bass and then various others. I’ve heard he is self taught but he probably learned some stuff from his dad early on.
