Weird issue with hearing Radio Stations through amp

Pretty declarative statement for not having seen the amp. I haven't put hands on it either, but i'll bet a trip to the bench with what i prescribed would cure it.

Same for many of the '60's - early '70's bands. Cream, Mountain, Grand Funk. The bass amplification was barely up to the demand of large gigs. And PA support was just for vocals. My cover of Hysteria

Good job! I love Muse but honestly this one is beyond me now. The only one I've conquered is City of Delusion, and after the hand surgeries that ship has sailed also. Any more Muse in the set list? If so, please share.

Weird issue with hearing Radio Stations through amp

Factory amps nearly always have the suppressor grid resistor mounted too far from the tube to be effective. Have a tech solder it to the socket pin, and/or increase its value and you'll be good to go.

    sq series capacitor

Metal foil and Polypropylene cap. Very good cap, an upgrade requently used in quality amp builds. It will never become microphonic and the value will not drift over time.
