SF bay area band needs bassist

Another 'boy band'. Wonder whose clothing line they are endorsing?

    infamously low action

Out of the box, I have found Alembics to have very low action. I like the action on my original Steinberger (no adjustments of any kind!). I have a couple of Bongos that have low action. I have to work hard to get a Fender J or Gibson EB-3 into shape and then I have to repeat it seasonally. YMMV

    Racked Shuttle 6.0

Yes, I rack both Shuttles (6 & 12) that I own. With cables, rack tuner, effects, et al it just makes it easier.

Output Jack Problem: Loud Popping Noise

I had that happen with a Steinberger I own. Simple fix for me. The jack was loose because the smaller connector was lightly engaging the plug. I gently bent the lower connector toward the longer connector to make a tighter fit for the cable. All is now well.

    MOURADIAN CS-74

A few years back Mouradian's nephew told me his uncle was about to make this new line of basses. Jim showed me a picture of what was to come and I bought one. To date he has made a very small number of them (< 20??) but in his new digs he is talking about making a 2nd generation Reality.

    MOURADIAN CS-74

I'll take some pics on Saturday and post 'em then. The upper bout is quite thin, thus the strap button screw is quite slim too. Therefore it is the only bass I own without strap locks and that makes me nervous.

    MOURADIAN CS-74

The Mouradian Reality is a long scale bass. Mine is outfitted with a HipShot drop D tuner. The finish is delicate, but the sound is massive piano strings.

Here is a picture of my Mouradian Reality bass. He made a few of 'em a few years back.
