We got it repaired by solder the broken wire back to the output connector so it's working great now. Would you still call?

Yes we've tried two diff amps and two diff cords. Even when you tap the cord you can hear both are working. My son normally plays the electric guitar so we've tried other guitars and all work fine.

He's only he'd playing bass for 6months and he is 12. He normally plays electric guitar. He has very big hand so he hasn't figured out really what's comfortable and best for playing. He doesn't take lessons on bass just electric so far.
