I agree 100%. I had a MIM Geddy Lee Jazz bass that was great, but I prefer my Ibanez SoundGear Prestige 4000e over it any day. The Ibanez has a much better neck to play, and is far more versatile with its range of sounds.

Ditto. That's exactly what I do on my Ibanez SR basses as well.
