I´m sure that first 0 is just missing. Mine has eight digits SNr, so I would imagine yours is suppossed to be 0 8103576. So you´ve got 2008 model. Problem solved. Your photo is too small, but I see that you have no gap between "serial number" and "8103576". So it is looks like a typo, not just...
