If there's room here for an old cat who's played Carvin (and just about everything else) since the early '70s, I'd like to jump in. I'm really on the verge of plunging in and buying an MB12 OR an MB210 with possibly buying and ext. cab later. Now in my playing life I am not gigging regularly...

About the color of the body---could it be Lake Placid Blue? Computer screens and camera lenses can do a lot of tricks!

From a (very) old timer's viewpoint, you are much more focused on what you want to play, what you want to do with your musical skills, and you are, well, just plain more 'with it' with how a band moves, gets in the same groove, etc. I agree with just about everybody who's logged in already...
