Answers to 2 & 3 are YES. As for the tuners...I had to replace 2 due to accident and they eventually came in a ziplock wrapped in chinese newspaper....chinese parts assembled in Japan "by hand"....could've been a collectible classic which to some extent was in back of my brain when they came...
