    So... I got fired today (warning: long)

    Treat it like a gf that dumped you... move on. You didn't get to start for them being mediocre. You may have got fired because creative "genius" felt there was room for more, or they just are a clique. Immediately put yourself back out on the map. Don't let one ***hole bring you down.
