Yeah , it started with like 2 seconds of distortion , then started dying out for like 5 seconds , it sounded like it was out of battery , but the battery was almost full(tongue test) , and i did change the batteries , also i'm too scared to open it and check the wiring cause the answer might be...

I bought this bass and since the battery went out as far as I know when there was no sound, after replacing the batteries I can never hear any sound, it's like the active humbucker is dead, what would the problem be???

When you're in a gig , you need a PA that amplifies the sound of the band , so it's up to the Bassist to choose the amp that sounds better to him when jamming with his band , and the rest of the job is for the Audio engineer in that venue ...... For me , I usually split the signal to DI.Box...

Apparently for you a nice tone is nice when the bass is right in front in the mix and when it's loud and clear , but sometimes there's like a range of frequencies in the bass that's dominant even if it's not too loud in the mix and for me choosing the right frequencies gives you the nice tone...

Lucky You guys , you're renting Fenders !!! I envy you people !! My only Fender dealer here in my country (Jordan) doesn't even have fenders ! do u believe it ?? I'm dying for a P-Bass .... and the Fender Catalogues(I have all of them since 2000) in that place sadly don't give you that feeling...

I live in a place where there are a few dealers for musical instruments like Fender and Jackson , and they are at least double the price of what i see online , because of the taxes in my country ......I bought a bass from the U.S without trying it, a B.C Rich Warlock Platinum which sux although...
