    Recommend some strings fo' funk!

    What strings do my fellow funk players use? I like a nice bright top and a good amount of low punch, but I aint a big fan of excessive mids. I play slap and fingerstyle equally. What would you recommend? :)

    4 Hartke HX112s and LH1000?

    So how about four Hartke HX112s (stacked) running at 4 ohms each, powered by an LH1000 in parallel mode so that each cab gets 272.5 watts. Anyone else think this would be awesome? Anyone have the ability to test the theory? :bassist:

    How does Victor wire his rig?

    Does anyone know if Victor Wooten wires his LH1000 parallel or bridged in to the hydrive 115 and 410? Obviously bridging would give more power but at the expense of the use of the blend knob on the head. Any ideas?
