my Schecter Stiletto. Forgive my noobness... Looking to replace my EMG Hz's with a set of active EMG DC's. My bass has a EMG 18-volt active eq circuit. Is this a hard thing to do? Do I have to run new wiring? Please forgive all the questions. :confused:

In a perfect world I would buy a ADA MB-1 and be done with it ;) ... but alas I don't have that kind of flow at the moment. Looking for help or recs on a solid preamp that won't kill my wallet. Thanks in advance for the help :)
