That' s a Access Virus TI synthesizer. Some people say it s controlled via the MIDI Ground Control footpedal made by Digital Music. But the same people wrote that he uses a dbx 160 and a Korg 3000, which i can' t see on the pictures.

Yes you are right, both are power amps. Looks like that Claypool uses his own portable PA rig.
