well what i did.. i live in Canada, OBV. In Hamilton, Ontario. what i did was went to P.A. Plactics and got 3inch and 3/4 plactic and 1/4 thick cut it in half so i would hav 2( makes it easyer incase one breaks. mde a notch 1/8 i think . im not sure but i did a sketchy cut . and drilled 2 holes...

is it a Square piece of dowel u used?? cause i want it low profile not the fat huge thumbrests. i was gunna make it level to the pickups that sticks out and prob cut out the pick guard like in timmys commerfords bass i want it like that and hav the similar jazz bass as him

Yea.. or if ur playin in different tuning like drop C on one bass and want a second bass for standard then yee go for it man. thats what im doin right now. the jazz bass im gettin i can totally shred on it. omg XD .. sooo Sick

Yoo on that SX, What Kind of a thumbrest is that and where do u get it? is it Home Made? cause i see it on Timmy commerfords setup and his bass, that natural ash finish that has a bit of a cutaway from the PG for the low profile thumbrest. msg me or email asap [email protected]
