    Head Suggestion

I'm in the market for a new head that can deliver deep lows at high volumes. I don't have many stores within a reasonable distance to go test a lot of them. My experience with class D amps has been very hit-or-miss in terms of actual volume per watt, and it seems like almost every new amp now is...

    Underwound Bartolini Bridge Pickup

The pickups say T4DC on them. They are both radiused the same way.

    Underwound Bartolini Bridge Pickup

Interesting. The weaker bridge pickup sounded good by itself, but was to quiet to be useful. Blended it was good, but when both pickups were all the way up, it sounded really weak.

    Underwound Bartolini Bridge Pickup

I meant to say that they are labeled B and T. The B one was the stronger one. They are very cool pickups. Full in the mids but not overbearing.

    Underwound Bartolini Bridge Pickup

Hello. I recently acquired an Ibanez Prestige SR3000 with Bartolinis that I'm enjoying greatly. The bridge pickup was noticeably weaker than the bridge, so I measured the resistances, and the neck measured 12k and the bridge 8.6k. They're both wired in series, and they are labeled neck and...

    Bartolini Pole Pieces

I noticed today that Bartolini 4 string 9J1's are the same dimensions as the 5 string versions. Could you interchange them, or would the pole pieces not line up properly?

    Multiple Speaker Impedance Power Dispersion

Thanks for your responses. You mean the individual 10's get 1/4 of the total power, right? What's stopping the 15 from overpowering the 10's? Is it constructive interference?

    Multiple Speaker Impedance Power Dispersion

Hello. I understand that by mixing an 8 ohm 115 cab with an 8 ohm 210 cab that the total imedance would be 4 ohms. Does this mean that since the 10" speakers would each be 16 ohms that they would each individually get half as much power as the 15" is getting? Thanks.
