    When did you place your order with MF? I ask because I ordered a Sunburst from them September 14, when they were saying they would have them in stock by the end of that month; I haven't heard a word from them since...:rollno: I guess I should just call them and ask.

    The biggest demographic that I've seen playing short-scales have been women. I guess somewhere along the line some well-meaning sales clerk or guitar playing friend tells a woman who wants to play bass that it would be easier for their "delicate" hands. :rollno:

    That's what I did. Encore Music had an MB212 on the floor at the time, but I had them order the MB210. Took about two weeks, but that was because they were all back ordered at the time. Nobody should charge you more just to order a new one.

    FAB- If you're here in Auburn, did you try Encore Music downtown? I ordered my MB210 from them at the same price as MF. Plus, because they have a good relationship with their sales rep, I was able to get one when everyone else was still back ordered :) Just don't get scared off by their sticker...

    P/J Bass wiring schematic help (is this possible?)

    What about the effect of a blend pot on the P pickup tone? If you roll the pot completely to solo the P, it's cutting the J out of the circuit just like a switch would, correct? I have to admit that I don't really know how blend pots work though, so I'm guessing here.
