Best onespot

What would you recommend as the best 9v one spot power supply? I need a stopgap until I can afford a voodoo lab for the pedalboard that I'm building.

They'll work. I've used a daisy chain with my Voodoo Labs PP2 and it worked fine. Just mind how much current is getting drawn by each pedal and how much is supplied by your adapter.

i used a godlyke, no complaints so far. people say its really similar to onespot. but i say it has a cooler name

The Technical Specs for each pedal should be in the owners manuals, or online. You're looking for where it says "Current Draw: 30mA" etc. I believe the 1spot is rated for 1500mA

I am using a 1spot to power my new board with 15 efx including a couple of power hungry units, Zoom B2.1u and Akai UniBass, with no issues or noise.
Have not tried any other the other units.

It really does annoy me when people confuse the product 1Spot with wall-warts in general. Anyway, as others have said 1Spot's are great and I sure haven't had any issues.

In the 1spot manual there's a guide to how much current some common pedals draw. I think you can find it in pdf form on their website.
FWIW, the 1spot has always been very reliable for me, and really the price is comparable to generic 9-volt adapters. I think the quality is better than alot of those generic wall-warts.

There should be specs for any given pedal's current draw available at their respective builder's web site if not various retailers' (MF).
