Hello, I once met Stanley Clarke and he signed my original Yamaha BB300. I later replaced the pickups with EMG's and also had the frets removed to make it a fretless. I had to sell my bass back in 93' while living in Ft Lauderdale Fl. I thought it might be cool to try to find it after 27 years.

If your pots say 137-6951 ,But your transformer says 7017 is the amp a 69' or 70? Is The dating of the amp when they start building it, or is it when they finish?

My 70' svt has two 12AT7'S In place of the 12BH7'S.The last owner has had the amp for 5 years with those tubes in it.I was wondering what differance I will hear when I replace them.And yes I will have a tech. check the amp out before I do.
