    Well, I just got my blender and my EP-3 in the mail, and the expression is backwards for me too, i.e. I'm getting heel=dirty and toe=clean. I tried a Roland EV-5 as well as a Moog EP-3 and both expression pedals did the same. The weird thing is the EP-3's polarity switch actually does nothing...

    Yeah I think you're right -- the polarity switch on the Mosquite just inverts the loop's audio signal. The Moog EP3 has a separate polarity switch on the expression pedal itself that (I think) switches the polarity of the pot, which would do what you want (for $40). How do you like the...
