    Not really. I mostly just cover New York state. My sister in law here in NY makes scrimshaw bookmarks with some of them, they have a house in Nova Scotia too and she refuses to cross borders with them.

    As a piano mover, we junk old pianos all the time. I have quite the cache of ivory key tops. I can't justify just letting them get trashed.

    Just a word of caution, if you want to tear up a piano make sure to loosen up all the tuning pins first. The plate can fold explosively under tension if you start removing too much wood with all the string tension. Or do what I do and run a cut-off wheel on an angle grinder across the strings at...
