When you have it in the first 3 frets, then your nut is cut too deep. There is a way to get it up a bit with super glue and baking soda. Did anybody get it to work with GarageBand? It only records crackling noise when I play and playback over the nux from the computer doesn't function well. It stutters. By the way, I love the sound of the pedal!

Yes. I think before updating it worked, but I didn't try to connect it to the computer with the old firmware. Maybe we could try to put on the old firmware, connect it to the computer and then do the update again. I don't know. I have no other idea.

I received mine yesterday too and my IR function doesn't function either. I don't know if it is fixible. I wanted to send it back and order a new one, but it is already out of stock again. I bought it because of the IRs but it doesn't work... Really disappointed. I really like the whole package...

You mean turning on the preamp? Yes, everything except the IRs works normal. (the connection to my mac doesn't work normally of course)

Hello I am failing to connect the device to my macbook. It shows up as MIDI Device and when I turn the knob on the device it get recognized in the software, but it still says disconnected and either my ears are far worse than I thought or changing Its or anything else doesn't do any difference...
