    Old Thread, But I'm struggling with this because I just Got the American Vintage II '54, I have several basses and I'm thinking that this bass should be "Vintage" and I don't have access to try one with any of the covers!!!

    The seller was very helpful especially considering that this was my first transaction via the forum. The item arrived in excellent packaging with no sign of any damage, in fact the Cabronita bass was virtually brand-new!!! I can't wait to bring her to rehearsal tonight!!! The thicker tele bass...
