    Source Audio C4 for realistic +1 octave up sound, is it viable?

    So I currently use a TC Electronic Sub'N'Up Mini to get an effect somewhat similar to playing an 8 string bass, and with the "Default Poly" template and some tweaking in the Toneprint editor I managed to get a 1 octave up sound that I am actually pretty satisfied with and that in the mix...
