Is there a database somewhere where I can search for bars in my area that have a license for live music? I'm trying to hit up as many bars as I can to get more gigs and I figured this would be a great resource. It's a bummer when you take the time to go somewhere and turns out they can't hire...

Several years after they've been in use, what is the general opinion of carbon fiber/graphite stabilizer bars when used in maple necks? I'm sure they help in the stabilizing process... but do we think they're really worth the expense? When most carbon fiber I've been around is thin and narrow...
