As far as I can tell, these are the Ernie Ball Cobalt Flatwounds. The silk and ball colors match what I've seen in them and I've had these before.
Calipers measure the strings at 45-105.
Minor signs of usage, seem like they are properly broken in.
They were on an Epiphone Embassy, so they were...
UPDATE (10/13/23): I now have two one more sets available at the low price of $15/set shipped. Or buy both sets for $25. Both sets are cut 4 in-line for Fender P or J Bass.

I just switched to Ernie ball flatwound cobalts last night, and it completely eliminated the fret buzz i had on my yamaha rbx170ew. Like the fret buzz was so bad when i had round wounds on it that I was almost embarassed to play it in front of people. These cobalt flats are bright sounding, but...

35"/33" scale, 16" radius, maple neck with curupay fingerboard, guindo body with wengé pickguard. Dimarzio model PJ, custom electronics (series/single/parallel, mono/stereo), glow-in-the-dark inlays. And yes, it sounds as good...

Put a set of 5-string EB cobalt flats on my 6-string bass (because EB can't figure out how to make a 0.030" C like everybody else) maybe 6 months ago. The A and D are starting to sound a little "boingy" so I'm looking for a replacement set. Can't find them anywhere. Not Amazon, not...
Both of these strings have the flatwound sort of texture yet they have more of that roundwound brightness, but i'm not sure which one i want to buy.
1. Do D'Addario Half-Rounds keep their initial brightness for a long time or do they lose their sound quickly?
2. Which one is overall brighter...
