    Question about a bass: G&L JB-5

    I've been looking for a nice but not-too-expensive (sub-$2k) passive 5-string jazz bass. Recently, the G&L JB-5 caught my eye. It seems like exactly what I'm looking for. Anyone have any experience with this bass? Issues? Problems? How does it compare with a Fender jazz?
