ken smith preamp

I Would like your opinions regarding the ken smith preamp, I have installated an aguilar obp3 and a friend of my is selling me a Ken smith preamp , do you really think it worth repleace my obp3 with the ken smith preamp? Here is a picture of the ken smith preamp whic are the pro and contr? thanks
