    Help identifying this bass

    I have a thing for odd or old bass guitars. Found this one on CL, but the dude doesn't know what it is. Searching headstock designs, I can't find what it is either. Guy seems to think it's from the 60's or 70's, but with no identifying markings, I'm not sure how he came to this conclusion. So...
