pickup 4-knob 3-band

I have a Dean fretless 4 that had these pickups installed (I don't think they are the original). I'm rewiring the bass but would like help identifying these pups, for control pot ohms, etc. Can anyone identify these (pictures attached) Thanks in advance! Chris
