sire v7_marcus miller_g&l jb tribute

Hi, I have a 1986 Peavey Foundation and like it. But I'm always looking at Jazz Bass basses. I don't want to spend too much. So I spoted the Sire Marcus Miller V7 and the G&L JB Tribute. First question : Should I change my Peavey Foundation for one of these? Second question : If so, which one...
