    Bass bridges with tremolo systems-- Which one is the best?

    I've been surfing online and found a few 4 string bass bridges with tremolo systems, namely Khaler and Hipshot bridges. There's also a much cheaper, unbranded bridge on amazon. If anyone has experience with using a tremolo arm on a bass, what bridge is the greatest of them all?

    Bass trem bridges?

    I was looking around to get a tremolo bridge for my warwick 5 string, but I couldn't find anything besides Kahler. They're really expensive and I'd like to consider all of my options before investing money into a tremolo bridge. Does anyone here know any other options that I can consider?

    Tremolo bridge (whammy bar) for bass?

    I ponder on having a trem bridge (whammy bar) installed in my 28,6" 5 string Ibanez GSRM25 Mikro bass. I tune it up to F# to D, which is to say 2 half steps above standard E tuning, or like the 5 lowest strings of an 8 string guitar, and I use my bass a bit more like you would a Bass VI type...
