‘57 Reissue P Bass Authentication

I have an L2000 bass preordered but came across this beauty and want a simple p bass. Anyone else see this as a rip-off?

Not original with that All Parts replacement neck and gold hardware.

Yes I know this much. I like the idea of a jazz neck considering allparts is licensed by fender, but by the G or C 19431 in the neck joint I can’t find any research in this sequence. I’m trying to figure out if it is in fact a MIA body.

The last attached photos shows the mods and such. This is on Facebook marketplace in my area btw.

Body may be Fender, and possibly Mexi? It's been refinished too. It's basically a $600 parts bass.

Yeah that was my guess too. I was scared it could be a heavily modded affinity squire p bass body or something. It looks great but I may pass on it because I can’t verify authenticity. It does look refinished too so color may not be original. Stated it was a 57 reissue that was made in 1999.
