1/4 rack space multi-effects?

I'm redoing my mini rack and have 1/4 rack width, 1U space available for a multi effects unit. I generally use a chorus/room for my electrics, and a little reverb for my acoustic bass (a short decay room, mostly for bowing on ballads). I've used the Alesis Nanoverb (1/3rd rack) for this purpose in the past, but need to size down to a 1/4 rack. Any suggestions?

Huh!?! Does NOT compute. :wacky:

I've never heard of a 1/4 space anything. 1/2 space, sure.....

Dost thou have any pics for reference? Are you just trying to make a small width cabinet? Need more input.

Presonus makes some stuff that takes 1/3 of a 1U rack space. Never seen anything that's 1/4 though.

Here's a pic for reference

That's 1U. OP is looking for something 1/4 the size.

ah...got it now. was trying to figure out what he was looking for.

Used to have an old Boss Multi Effects unit that was pretty small - either 1/2 or 1/3 size. But not seen anything in 1/4. May be easier to rack a small multi effect pedal like maybe a Line 6 M5

The Alesis Picoverb ([Invalid or Expired Link Removed]) is an option. I wanted to see what else is available before I pick one up.

The 'rack' is just shy of 14" wide, the width of my Walter Woods. Soon to go in is a Summit Audio 2BA-221 pre-amp for my acoustic (have a new mic that needs the adjustable impedance). That takes a 1/2 rack width, which in this narrow rack leaves just about 1/4 rack space. SO, I'm going to fill that with an effect or a DI. If I go the DI route, I may move on to a pedalboard, which I have avoided because I am lazy and want a quick setup.
