12AX7 or 5751

I know that amp, and I'd try a RCA 3MBP 5751 if anything, it's the darkest thickest sounding of the 5751's and should help you tame the agressive upper mid/trebs of the yba-200.

Another guy I know said he put the tung-sol 12ax7 reissues and that helped, he liked it, but I did not here the amp after that was done, so I couldn't tell you how that affected the tone.
 
You mentioned low end.

In every tube overdrive and amp that I've had, I've found that a Sovtek 12AX7-LPS is the best tube out there for clarity, even tone (lets those lows through clean and clear) and doesn't have a nasty sound to it when/if you overdrive it.

Took a lot of experimenting to figure that out!
