15/66 4ohm fearful ????

It's not insignificant. But whether it's enough of an advantage to worry about given how cheap power is getting is arguable, when you make sacrifices to get the 3015LF down to 4 ohms (which Greenboy has already talked about--slightly less low end, particularly).
 
I think there are more than a few tube amps that don't like 8ohms. Someone mentioned the SVT. Fender too.

Are there many tube amp guys who use fEarfull stuff?

I'm sure most of them go for 1212/66 or 1515/66 setups or pairs of cabs if they're stuck with the 4 ohm impedance limit, but it would be cool to be able to do a single 4 ohm fearful if drivers were available.
