I have a Japanese P-bass from 1973, but because of the weather and the winter storm in Boston, my bass neck it totally broken. Is there anyone can recommend how can I get a 1970 P-bass neck to change? I'm also searching on the Reverb website. Thank you

You are not being specific when you state “neck it totally broken”.
Broken necks can generally be repaired.
Is your bass a genuine Fender Precision, or a copy of a Precision bass?
Is it MIJ (Made in Japan) or CIJ (Crafted in Japan)?
You are unlikely to find the correct replacement on Reverb, especially in the United States. Maybe in a Japanese shop.
There are on-line stores such as Warmoth that sell Precision bass necks.

The first thing you need to determine is if the dimensions of the neck pocket are the same as a typical Fender:

If they do, you will have many choices.
I would guess an early 70s Japanese P bass copy will not match and you will have to search for a suitable neck using the dimensions from your bass.

Here's a 70's era neck - much more affordable! Personally, I'd be inclined to go with this one. 70's p-bass neck

Personally, I wouldn't be too concerned about finding a matching, same-year neck. I would just get a neck that I liked -- as long as it fits, of course.

Just buy a Fendere made in Mexico P-bass replacement neck. In Canada it's prob $400, but should be much cheaper in USA. Allparts makes good necks.. SOLO Music Gear carries all types and prices of necks, Might Mite necks are under $200 USD Replacement P-Bass Necks - High-Quality Bass Parts | Mighty Mite.. If you are really on a budget, they can make some pretty decent no-name necks in China now also. Ebay and Amazon are full of options from $40-100. However, with Chinese or Indonesian necks especially (Squier!!)I would prefer a more consistent supplier or hand select my own neck, choosing the best looking grain out of the batch in hopes of avoiding future warping.
