The serial number is 694042. There is no neck or neck pocket dating, as was common in this era.
Pots date the bass to the seventh week of 1976. Pot numbers match and are 1377607. A photo of the pots is shown in the sequence of posts following this one.
This is an exceptional piece as a player or collector item.
